What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Any information attached to your contact form, will be sent to our email inbox.
This has the same kind of security as any other, which could be accessed by a hacker if they really wanted to.
Please refrain from leaving card details, or bank details in your emails.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Your data is only stored on our website for our own use and yours. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We currently have one administrator, and several shop managers. Shop managers can process orders but cannot access user data, or make any changes to it.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Our website is SSL encrypted, by a paid company, this means all data has a secret encryption placed over it, so in the event of anyone accessing our data files, they would not have any usable information. you can tell if a site is secure by the green padlock on the address bar.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We have a paid security in place on top of the SSL certificate which so far has been excellent in preventing malicious attacks, and malware uploads.
